DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

States on the agreement that this will only be valid on return of the signed agreement...so the on line tick is irrelevant....reconstituted or not.

If you still feel that there is enough evidence provided to allow the claimant success...you can approach the Solicitor and suggest a possible settlement by way of a Tomlin Order by monthly payment and that way avoid a CCJ...but its your choice. Its okay us to state the agreement is invalid.....but a Judge on the day may not agree and accept the overwhelming documents irrespective...down to the quality of the Judge on the day.

Yes, that's what I'm worried about. If I suggest a settlement and they reject it, does it count as acknowledging the debt and I won't then be able to go on to defend it?
