Having just purchased a car at Auction, getting back on the road after 4 years. (2003 Micra) Now the car only came with one Key so what are my options??

Needed will be a new spare key cut and programned to the central locking, and i take it immobiliser as well

Considering main dealers will rip you off with the actual work and cost involved, do i have a choice??

Most market traders stalls do them

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Not going to tell you why or how on a public forum but you need a blank with a chip cut and programmed. You canusually find and get the blanks cut easily but to programming might well need to got to a main dealer.

Went to main dealer and was quoted £220 which includes fob and cut

Went to my local locksmith who said he could cut and enable to start the car for £50.00 as a spare. But it will not operate central locking but open the doors manually with the key. He said would take abut 20 minutes
