The Lex Auto lease was for a Vehicle we had on a 3 yr deal (lease deal only not PCP, HP etc)

and had to hand it back 12 months early,

 

 

we knew we would incur penalties for this but at the time we had no option,

once we entered a DMP it seemed sensible to include this figure as well.

 

I will take you advice and use the readily available templates for the SAR & CCA requests.

because I bet theres heaps of fees and repo costs to reclaim?

 

 

what about GAP/PPI/Waranty payments too?
