Hello all,

I have just received my 'Legal Recovery Action' letter from DCBL, although interestingly I've had no communication in regard to which parking ticket or company the charge refers to, I can only assume its in relation to an Excel parking ticket from many years ago, anyway following your advice I have ignored all communication.

As I can't see any further posts since CitizenB uploaded the last letter titled 'Legal Recovery Action' I presume DCBL have got bored of sending misleading letters regarding the case?

Hi all,

I have received two letters from DCBL chasing an unpaid parking ticket, however none of the communication received from DCBL reference in relation to which parking company or ticket they are chasing I can only presume it is an Excel ticket from over 4 years ago as DCBL seem pretty popular with Excel?

I seem to have a penchant for getting tickets the most recent one I received is with SIP, I ignored all communication including the notice to keeper, so it could possibly be from them, however I have no way of knowing from the debt collecting letters which parking ticket it is in reference to!

Anyhow the latest letter is entitled "Legal Recovery Action" reading through the forums the advice is to ignore these phoneys as they have no power, can anyone advise please?

Thanks :)
