They would have all our income details from the wage slips we provided at our interview. My ex asked his friend in the accounts department if B&B had contacted them and he said no, the first they knew about this was when the AOE was received. We definitely have not had forms n55 n56 ....... :???:

You can make a formal request to the court for copies of all paperwork they have.

 

There is a CPR (5.1 i think ?) where you just ask the court in writing and pay a fee of about £11 to cover photocopying.

 

Also ask the court about this process and question it.

 

You should be able to seek a review, probably subject to a fee.
