Update needed on Bluecrest Health Screening -

I had a health screening with Bluecrest at a local hotel in March '15.

 

 

I just sailed in no questions asked,

handed over £130 and let some 'nurse' take my blood!

 

 

I have had screening before and wanted to follow up.

I have yet to receive my report.

 

 

I spoke to customer services twice.

The first time I was told my report was missing.

 

 

The second time I was told it would be posted next week

and I would receive an email copy by 2pm that day.

Neither arrived.

 

 

I feel such a fool after reading all the posts especially that the staff weren't qualified.

She took my blood!

 

 

I'm waiting for one of my children to come round with their fancy phone

so I can record my next call to the company.

 

 

I am enraged by my naivity and would appreciate

 

 

any information that might guide me in the way forward with this.

I wouldn't phone. Follow it up in writing so you have a paper trail so that, if it comes to it, you can use it in court to get your money back.

I got my report two days later. It seems ok but I don't feel that I can trust it now. The phlebologist was named in the report but I cant find anything about her online unless she's an athlete. Gonna investigate further but wont be using Bluecrest again.
