Napier Parking Ltd

I have just joined your forum regarding Napier Parking Ltd

was just wondering if the comments from 2010 are still relevant today?

They are still issuing parking charge notice

sending reminder letters with increased amounts on them along with a transcript of a court case that they won

and now I have received a letter from a 'so called' debt recovery agency asking for another amount.

The parking charge notice started off at £45 and now they are demanding £150.

Can these letters still be ignored or have this company since been registered and become legal since 2010 when the original questions were asked and answered.

Please, any advice would be good as worried I have ignored something genuine and now owe this substantial amount

They are still issuing parking charge notice, sending reminder letters with increased amounts on them along with a transcript of a court case that they won and now I have received a letter from a 'so called' debt recovery agency asking for another amount.

I was a little late back to my car in a car park I have used for many years to find a parking charge notice stuck to my window.

The parking fine started off at £45, then a second letter followed 7 days later asking for £90 which included a copy of a court case that they supposedly won.

The third letter arrived 2-3 weeks after that demanding £90 and now they are demanding £150 via a debt recovery agency.

I was advised from the beginning to ignore these letters as they are just invoices as are not issued by the authorities.

Can these letters still be ignored or have this company since been registered and become legal since 2010 when the original questions were asked and answered.

Please, any advice would be good as worried I have ignored something genuine and now owe this substantial amount

you can certainly ignroe the £150 from the DCA, they have nothing to do with anything and always add money to any claim because they think that you will pay any amount if you are going to pay at all so they make a few quid out of it for no lawful excuse.

We need to know the wheres and whens to offer any advice about the actual origianl claim tell us what has happened so far with dates and places please.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Original date of this parking ticket is 9th February 2016.

I was parked in a public pay and display car park which I have used for many years

which services a local B & M store and the Jobcentre Plus office, where my son had his appointment

(which over-run causing me to be late back to the car).

This letter from the DCA is dated 16th May 2016.

Reading the letter, it says a Parking Charge not parking fine

where? town/street etc.

what correspondence did you get from napier, ticket on car, ANPR capture letter through post? When did you receive this, what is the alleged breach can you get a picture of the sign (that is why we need to know exactly where so we can google spy on it ourselves).

We need all of the details as beating these claims are all in the detail. it doesnt matter why you were there and how good an excuse you had for being late, that is of no interest legally speaking and we have to deal with the matters of contract law they have got wrong.

The car park is in lawrence Lane, Boston, Lincolnshire.

The parking ticket was stuck to the windscreen and I do not know about the ANPR. Not sure if there are cameras or not. I did not ake a picture of the sign but can do next time I am in town if this is required.
