please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks for these links much appreciated.

One more thing

I phoned Kensington about this a week or so ago and asked for a statement of the account to be sent to me

so I could review all charges and then put my complaint in writing. This arrived yesterday.

They said they have only charged me 2 charges canx of direct debit fee and the redemption fee.

They've offered £50 ish plus interest on those two charges.

Their statement of account makes no mention of all the £50 arrears fees

and shows the redemption figure as being £15,000 less than what it actually was when I redeemed the mortgage!

Is this just a simple mistake do you think?

I'm not sure what to say back or where to start.

I have some of the charges on some old statements but not all of them
