Hi,

I have not been on here for quite some time. My daughter has just received a letter from the county court business centre saying that it is a Judgement for Claimant (in default)

The debt was with O2 and the last payment was over 6 years ago (this is why my daughter did not reply to the claim form, she thought it was a [problem]).

Any advice on how to handle this would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Bigandy

how clever

Lowell purposefully file and get a CCJ

against an old address

then funnily find the correct address upon judgement..

ring o2

check it was SB'd at the time of the claimform

and the get it set aside

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

You need a N244 to set aside

Your defence would be statute barred at time of claim

Was lowells the claimant ?

Yes Lowell Portfolio LTD.

I have just filled out the N244 and the form for someone on low income.

The set aside fee is £225 :!: The court website said to send in both forms together without the fee.

Have filled in a EX160 to accompany the n244, this is the fee remission form and can be d/l, filled in, printed and sent with any proofs they ask for, depending on your circumstances
