Hi,

On 24 Feb 2016,

I got PCN pasted on my car's windscreen with the reason 'No Valid Ticket'.

That was handwritten PCN issued by patrol officer No. TEMP1.

I dont know what sort of TEMP1 is who issued this ticket.

I was not aware of paying for parking which could be claimed back on till.

I did some shopping at that time and paid through my credit card.

I brought that PCN along with my shopping receipt to customer services

and requested them to cancel it out but they refused,

I spoke with patrol officer but he also refused to cancel it out.

I went back to ASDA Customer Service to try again,

on second refusal I did protest, returned back all of my shopping

and told them that this was my last visit to ASDA.

I also told them that I will not only write this to ASDA Headoffice

but also will put this on social media websites that how ASDA butchering their loyal customers

who take pain to come to their store.

It is very unjust that if mistake is been done by ASDA, they just say sorry for inconvenience,

but if customer makes any unintentional mistake he is been charged.

In my opinion this is totally unfair that you have reserved parking for customers but still penalizing them.

On ticket, fine was showing £70 / £40 but when I checked detail of PCN on smart website

it was showing £60 / £30.

Luckily before moving ahead,

I visited this consumer forum and learnt that I can get my self out of this issue

and I can save my hard earned money from these hungry giants.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

dont repond to the screen ticket but use the time they have to wait before they can write to the keeper of the vehicle to complain to the store head office and that will hopefully get things sorted before then. say that you are the keeper rather than driver. I rarely drive my own car but will always take on any ticket my family manage to acquire and never name them.
