I have relocated your thread to the correct forum. You need do nothing, it is purely an administrative move.

Could you please tell us a little more about the situation - why do wish to end the contract ?

Hi

Do you have a copy of the terms and conditions related to the course? Does it cover change of circumstances or what you can do regarding cancelling the course. I have seen some web sites that have said it is very difficult to get a refund.

I would also make sure that you do a budget to ensure what you are paying is about right. If you can't afford the amounts, write and ask for better payment options and include an income and expenditure form.

This will be an unsecured debt so falls down the list of what is most important.

I assume the payments are to a loan company. Who are they?
