I did a google and it looks like you could receive between £5.00 - £35.00

It is up to you whether you do it or not. You will likely get a follow up call to confirm that you did actually take part in the survey.

Why do you need to use your own money to phone and opt out????, if it was me I would just ignore the letter and if they rang just tell them to poke it.

Also what information do they want from you if you phoned and opted out, name DOB NI no???? . As far as I am aware there is no requirement or expectation that you comply so what actually are you opting out of?

I would just ignore the letter

I'd be inclined to take part if only to give an honest opinion of why the programme is a waste of time & money.

Ipsos is a reputable company. I do online surveys with them. If the letter is genuine, then why not go for it?
