My daughter (10) brought an emoji cushion on line from the Netherlands via amazon

On the tracker it says it got delivered on Saturday but she had not recived it

It looks like the postman delivered it to the wrong address

My question is what can I do ?? Do I go to the seller or Royal Mail ??

Hi

If you paid the seller for postage or it was free postage then you contact the seller.

 

If you paid for the postage direct to RM then you contact RM

 

The seller is likely to say that as there is a signature, their responsibility is complete so you then raise the issue with Amazon

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
