It is my understanding that this discretionary payment that is being talked about is NOT ring fenced. Alternatively, if there is a huge call on the fund, then someone is going to lose out ?

There isn't a huge call on DHP because people don't know about it.

The Supreme Court have heard the appeal for these cases this week and the decisions are expected in about 8 weeks.
