Hi Andy

OK, sounds like my BF will have to attend court then....... boooooooooo

Can we complete this part online at MCOL like the other sections ?

I will make sure we meet the deadline and send copy to their solicitor, is that best by recorded delivery?

As always I thank you for your advice

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Andy

OK, sounds like my BF will have to attend court then....... boooooooooo Not necessarily....they may settle or discontinue before they have to pay their hearing fee

Can we complete this part online at MCOL like the other sections ? No MCOL has ended once a defence has been submitted

I will make sure we meet the deadline and send copy to their solicitor, is that best by recorded delivery? Normal will suffice...I doubt they will send you theirs.

As always I thank you for your advice

As I suspected we have received another letter,

a surprising one though saying we have not returned the direct questions

which I posted 10th March and I sent copy to Lowell too,

I do have a copy however I sent them by normal post so I have no proof of when I posted them

other than the fact I hand wrote it on the copy I kept.

The latest letter is dated 6 April we received it Friday 15th

it says we must reply within 7 days from service of this Order,

there is an email address stated in the letter that I can use (wish I had that before).

Here is a draft of the email I plan to send to them tomorrow once I can scan the copies at work, is this ok ?

I received your letter dated 6 April on Friday 15 and have therefore missed the 7 day deadline, however I did post the "Direct Questions" 10 March and sent a copy to the Claimant as instructed.

Please find attached a copy of the original.

Please confirm this will be accepted.

Kind regards

OMG how stupid do I feel..........

Here's hoping they have failed to respond, will we receive any further correspondence to confirm it has been automatically struck out ?

Lucky, they're pushing my bf's voda "debt" all the way to court for a tiny amount. So glad they have dropped the ball with your case! :)
