    • The requests are your CPR 31.14 and section 78 requests that you refer to in your points 4 &  5 of the above witness statement.   If you dont attach them as exhibits...then you cant prove points 4 & 5 are true ?
    • Hello,   I am the legal owner of an underground parking bay. The management company (RTM) has hired a parking company to supervise the place.   I have never given a verbal or writen consent to supervise my bay.   I got a ticket because I failed to display my permit. Mainly, I forgot to place it in a visible place.   My questions are: Do they have the right to fine and persue the owner? I am sure they have a database of the cars registered. I believe their system if you do not have the permit we fine you, it is clearly based on providing bad service so the people to get caught. The company should be rensponsible and check.   Who is the authority rensponsible to let them operate in this way?  I want to report them. I did appeal saying that I am the ownwer of the bay and the car, the permit is every day there for the last two years, they should be aware of this, they issued the permit. However, their response on the appeal was very typical, not really responding on what I have written to them, but just saying that there was no permit, the photos show so etc etc.   Do I have to pay their penalty? do they have any legal base?  Do I not have rights as an owner of the bay and the car?   Thanks for any valuable help in advance.
    • Not due till the 13th August by 4.00pm.   With regards to the above...thats the standard template response from Robbers to a section 78 request.....not sure why they keep referring to GDPR and it being free.....section 78 is a completely different legislation under the CCA1974 and the request is not free its still £1.   They may think that account is on hold...I assume it is since the day they submitted the court claim...but the court claim is not on hold and the defence must be submitted by the above the stated date....irrespective.   Andy
    • Thank you once again, I will keep this in mind when writing the defence.   I am attaching a drawing of the car park & entrance to the car park along with signs inside/by entrance.   Look forward to hearing back.   Thanks  jpg2pdf (1).pdf
    • Heres a thought. None of us can see how Johnson can deliver anything of what he promises - not that that would ever be a problem for him   Neither can we see how he can remain in power with his stated stance     But he perhaps could stay in power by jumping ship to Remain as it does seem that Remain is now  a majority both in Parliament (once led) and among the wider voters.     It sin't jumping ship for him - its just the latest incarnation of Johnsons one man lifeboat. .. and he will be aware that no one want Corbyn if they can avoid it. (Corbyn is clearly relying on Johnson to get power)   Can anyone else see a route for him?   Heck - he could even end up in history as the man who saved us 😕 .. and just upset a minority of hard core leavers who will always be upset whatever happens anyway ...

The CPI figure for September 2015 was negative (-0.1%) and so it’s been decided that from April 2016, WPS pensions and allowances will remain the same as the 2015 rates. This approach is consistent with the rates of disability benefits paid by the Department for Work and Pensions.
