Was your request made using a similar request as in the link below and enclosing £1.00 ?

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?387435-CCA-Request-Consumer-Credit-Act-1974-**Updated-January-2015**

If so and they have not provided all of the agreement - terms and conditions from both inception and currently - then they are in breach of the CCA.

What was the purpose of you requesting this ? Was it to see if there was any PPI or that it was properly drawn up ?

In the first instance, I would write to them advising that it is fairly obvious that there is something missing and that they should now send you the missing pages.

Ah righto. Well if you are wanting to check for PPI then it might be in your interest to obtain a Subject Access Request - which will cost you £10.00 you can use the draft from the link below. This will provide you with statements and any other data in respect of your financial relationship with the Bank.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?387306-Full-Subject-Access-Request-**Updated-January-2015**

They have 40 calendar days in which to respond to you with the data.

Then you can ensure that any refund is accurate by checking your statements for the amount of PPI you have paid.

Or, did you make the request because you are not sure that you had PPI ?

Hello just wondered if you could tell me next step please sent the SAR letter with £1 postal order and they've responded with a letter saying (PPI NO) and only sent 2 pages out of a possible 13 thank you

A SAR cost TEN pounds, not one.

They have 40 calender days to fulfil your legal request and send you all of the information you asked for, after that, you send them a reminder, before making a formal complaint to the ICO.

Did you send £10 with the SAR template from here?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
