Hi

 

I have a 200 page complaint about minicredit

I sent to them- but obviously no response as they have closed down

 

What should i do- or who do i send to?

 

no one is chasing the money

Well for sure no company is going to look at a document that is 200 pages long ?

 

You need to condense your novel if you are intending to make a formal complaint.

 

What is your objective here ? Claim for irresponsible lending ?

 

Once you have shortened your complaint, resend it to their Head/Registered office - give them 14 days to respond after which time, escalate to the Financial ombudsman.
