yes if you read a few threads here.

 

 

have you all the statements etc?

was this your only loans?

pers id fill in the FOS questionnaire rather than use theirs

its loaded with questions to try a limit their coughing up

This one from the library will be sufficient. ^^^^^^^ You will need to enclose £10.00 with the request and they have 40 calendar days in which to respond.

 

Have they given you a timeline by which you need to respond to the questionnaire ? If so, you might wish to respond by the date, but still obtain the SAR so that if they send you some refund figures, you can then check with the SAR info.

Hi all

Lloyds TSB have sent me a letter outlining that I had PPI with a loan, enclosed is a Questionnaire.

 

Is this normal activity from them ? or are they phishing ?

them sort of acknowledging a poss missell due to their practices. likely to be some payout.

 

citb. no timelimit. except that fos 3 yrs they mention with the letter.

hi

general q where someone has rec'd one of those bank ppi letters, and doesnt know/have info about the policy referred to.

sar aside, would it be ok (ie non prejudicial) to request info of the policie(s) referred to?

cheers. was thinking maybe to see if they would without doing a dsar. as long as it wldnt be prejudicial. then, maybe a dsar in comparison if required.

what address did they give to reply to. was it one in leeds?

cheers. just double checking; ppi team, box 814, leeds? did you send it there, how is it progressing?

 

Yes Thats the one, tbh they are very help full and it is going well at the mo.

Nothing overthe phone, they comm in writing.
