Hi all

Need a bit of advice

I've self managed what was originally £50K of unsecured debt to 7 Companies,

some debt has been written off and a couple with 20% settlements (I drive a hard bargain)

I still owe approx £30K paying between £1 & £15 pm

now these all slowly reaching 6 years £25K over & £5K with a year to go

They are all falling off my credit ratings which is great

but my Q is what shall I do with them? offer a 10-20% settlement??

Any and all advice is appreciated

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
