Hi all,

I was talking to someone the other day that, when checking his credit report, came across a couple of defaults.

He thinks that one of them relates to a student bank account that he closed when he left the UK for a couple of years so he sort of accepts.

The other is for a credit card that he has no knowledge of. He lives now (and did before he left the UK) with his parents in a block of flats. The credit card is registered at a different flat that he knows nothing about.

How can he find out more about the card as he does not have an account number (without doing a SAR). The start date of the card is while he was living abroad.

If he has no knowledge of it, and it is addressed to another flat then the police will have an easy job.

Get back onto Sharklaycard and lodge a complaint with them, and have them look into it.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
