Since the Financial Conduct Authority took over from the OFT - they have reined in the dreadful practices used by this industry.

Many of the companies have left the industry altogether, the rest are having to abide by some very strict regulations.

There have been lots of fines issued and borrowers have been compensated for some of their dreadful experiences.

We are now seeing quite a few caggers report back that they have finally removed themselves from the clutches of these companies.

Make sure you aren't one that finds themselves IN their clutches this year !!
