Hi,

I've been looking at this site for weeks now, but in the last 2 months A&L have really got me down.

It started on 4th September with them bouncing a payment for £64,which would have taken me £20 over my overdraft limit.For this they charged me £34.The following day they charged £25 for paying a DD of £10.50. Then 2 lots of £25 for going over(when it was their charges that did it!)

The £50 charges taken in October ensured that I was over the limit for that month as well, despite paying in enough to cover what I thought was everything,so got hit again on 5th November by another £50 for "unauthorised overdraft charges".

I've had enough of them now, so will probably be asking for your help in the next few weeks!
