Help me please TRAKKIT PROMISED ME A REFUND AS I DID NOT NEED NOR WANT THEIR SERVICE NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME I8N CIRCLES GIVING ME PHONE NUM THAT ARE NOT IN USE EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT ARENT KNOWN IM AT MY WITS END

I will try and find someone to help. However, what is this company, how did you become involved with them ?

It would appear that this is either a Pay Day Loan company or a PDL broker - you should cancel your card details with them - also contact your bank and tell them this company has NOT been authorised to take money from your account.

I have only heard about them a couple of times before and will look at things a little more.

See how easy or hard it is to cancel subscription.

And look into refunds.

Can I get a refund of my subscription fees?

Trakkit is a monthly subscription service. When you sign up you agree to pay a monthly subscription of £19.45. All customers are welcome to cancel their account at anytime without penalty.

How much does Trakkit cost?

After your 7 day free trial has finished, you will be charge £19.45 a month for your Trakkit subscription. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again

 

When you cancel you will not be charged any further subscription fees. You will not however receive a refund for the subscription fees you have paid up until that point.

 

So i suppose after the first seven day free period expires that seems to be it.

As you have given payment info and account details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, simply login to your account, click on ‘My profile’ and click the ‘cancel my account’ link. Once your account has been successfully cancelled you will no longer be charged.

I feel it comes down perhaps to the seven day free trial and cancelling within that period.

If this is wrong let us know.How did you cancel.

Have you got copies of emails sent from Trakkit with misleading email addresses.
