Well you state you have already submitted the N245 with I&E so I can only assume that you offered/ agreed the £50 pm payment.......is that the case?

We could do with some help from you.

The N245 is a duel purpose form...it can be used to suspend action and can be used to vary...I surmise you used it to suspend the AoE....so you can also use it to request variation of payment level against the judgment (CCJ).

Again you complete the I&E and make an offer of your proposed affordable monthly payment...as said there is a fee of £50 to submit this...unless you qualify for exemption.

We could do with some help from you.

There is an option to set a side judgment....but you must have a defence that has merit and is worthy of the set a side...not just a fanciful reason.Which I personally cant see from the information you have posted......therefore I would recommended that you try to negotiate an affordable payment plan

Ok thank you, there is no other reason than I simply felt way out of my depth, panicked and took the idiots way out of ignoring it but I genuinely was t aware that I could even challenge this

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Wouldn't know, but highly doubt it?

20 grand isn't worth going BR IMO..

If these are all CC's and an Overdraft, then they will be littered with reclaimable fees and charges which should make a hefty dent in the total amount owing.

The OD alone will no doubt be mainly bank charges.
