My son in law works for a company that cares for 2 young adults who both need ventilation care. On Saturday his client died this has led to him now being without a job. He has been told that they are not sure of what options he has. It could be redundancy so would get paid or a transfer of job but they have no other clients in this area so he would have to move. Or they say he may get neither. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?

i take it they are still paying him his normal wage while they sort this out??

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!
