Sorry if I;m going about this the wrong way. The link to ADR seems to be broken it says:

This site can’t be reached

www-origin.publishing.service.gov.uk took too long to respond.

Could someone please add a a link to the correct source?

TIA

Hello and welcome to CAG. I agree about the link, but this thread is three years old. I'll flag it for site team attention.

What advice are you looking for please? If you tell us what you're trying to achieve we can move you to a different forum or find a different link for you.

Best, HB

Thanks for the replies.

I think this page/Post/thread needs a bit of TLC. - I arrived here from a link in another thread that said ADR.

I'll write up my experiences with a car dealer in the relevant section (as soon as I can find the time and a Valium). In short rejected a vehicle as not of satisfactory etc in first 30 days for several faults (you can read later). Dealer stalling/being obtuse. Will probably end up all the way to the CC. Trying to read up on ADR and whether I should be suggesting at an early stage, but I suspect it'll be a waste of time. Anyhow, Thanks again. Let's pick it up in the right forum.

Kind Regards,
