In the last financial year, £100,000 was taken at the on-site machines and annual permits which go directly to the trust. In the same time Parking Eye, whose agreement allows it to keep cash from fines, made £90,000.

Any PPC is bad, we all know that, even looking at PE T&C's on the board is terribly far too small and should always be used in a defence/appeal against the PCN

If I have been of any help, please click on my star and leave a note to let me know, thank you.

The real problem is that the local council and the Trustees just dont get it, they could generate more money by properly managing the site themselves. They should have learnt by now that by employing any of these companies they are causing problems for their neighbours upsetting their visitors and possibly creating tax liabilities for themselves.

A simple barrier entrance and exit with flat rate parking fee is the easiest. If people know it will cost them £3 for 10 minutes or all day they will make their decisions on an informed basis rather than finding change and then getting robbed because they decided to stay an extra bit in the cafe.
