Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice, I had 2 loans with Mbna in 2006

After contacting them they said I had no ppi on the accounts.

Recently while tidying through paperwork I found the customer copies of the agreements stating an insurance advance on both loans would this be ppi ?

also the customer copies of the agreements have no signatures or x's on them would these still be vaild as proof.

Many thanks

Hi

i have recently found out 2 customer copy loan agreements from mbna stating (i think) that both these loans had ppi on them.

I had prevouisly contacted mbna regarding these loans and they said no ppi was taken out on the loans.

Could someone please take a look at the agreements posted in the pics, and tell me if i would have case to reclaim ppi.

Many thanks
