Hi all,

Would appreciate some advice on this please as I've had no dealings with this company.

I went over the 3 hours free parking (6 hours in total).

I truly had no idea I would received a fine,

but now I know I wont be parking there.

So, what do I do?

Pay the reduced amount of £40 or ignore them?

I also saw this brilliant letter - see attached!

Should I send the letter, ignore them or pay up? with thanks

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

at the top put something like "as the keeper of this vehicle i am appealing this invoice"

take out the bit about shopping in asda, they'll assume you were the driver.

To be honest you could put anything in this first appeal, it's the popla code you're after.

Illegitimi non carborundum
