Hi,

I've taken several loans and credit cards out over the years and what I'm wondering is:

A) can I claim ppi on accounts even if I don't have the account numbers etc now? Some were so long ago I have shredded the info on them.

B). How do I find out if I paid ppi?

Thanks

Ask the creditor or send them an sar

Dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hello and Welcome,

You will need to send a Subject Access Request to your Original Creditors, they have 40 days to comply, send with a £10 Postal Order.

When you receive your documents ect from them you should be able to find what payments were made to any PPI ect.

Regards,

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)
