Hi everyone am a newbie so bear with me if I do something wrong.

Has anyone had any dealings with the above company?

My partner checked her online bank statement at the back end of June

and found that this company had charged her £87 for some items.

She hadn`t had anything off them so queried it with her bank who reimbursed her with the amount.

Then a couple of weeks ago the bank informed her that after doing some checking they were taking the amount back.

We have spent the subsequent time trying to get in touch with this company but to no avail.

We have a phone number that does exist and an email address that also no longer works.

Any help would really be appreciated.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

They said they have proof with my partners card details and email address on a reply from the company.I asked for the address and they refused at first but, after a few words, they have agreed to send it to us.I have also asked for all documentation they have but this will take 5-10 working days to reach us.

The thing that bothers me is how they got my partners details. She had never heard of this site until this came up.Also, why do they give means of contacting them that are useless?
