Couple of payments missed. My account was on hold and I did do some payments in between. 

I would think that it would have been the estate agents where you were held up for a while. It might be useful to contact them and see if they can help though the land owner is probably better.

Oh, and has everyone seen that shell 'greenwashing attempt advert? Claiming they are doing/delivering this that and the other green energy?   Read the small print on the advert if you are quick enough where it says the green stuff referred is supplied from/by the national grid ... to shell outlets ... where its sold at a profit
