Dear everyone,

I had the ticket from the UKPC as well at 8pm on Sunday evening

,(infront of the gymlink3.gif company, but they closed on Sunday)

I don't know what I can do,

I asked the gymlink3.gif owner, they said they didn't have contract with the UKPC,

but the landowner does.so he asked me speak to the landowner

,but we can't find the landowner,

do I have to write to them or just ignorelink3.gif them?

the reason on the letter is : parking without the permit,

but that's a industrial estate,

and the gym company open for the visitors as well.

..Pleas help! Thank you

!

PS:Just worried if they go to the court will affect the visa application..

consumeract,

At the moment you do nothing . .............. No contact at all.

You have a NTD (notice to driver).

Wait for a NTK (notice to keeper).

This will arrive in the post between 29 and 56 days from when you got the NTD.

Good Luck

This will get stopped in it's tracks way before Court.

I will ask Site Team To move the rest of the posts to your new thread.

Thanks! If wait for the NTK and lose the appeal will cost 100,or go to the court!

It did scare me much! We used to parked there before and the ex-company owner was very nice,he said we are ok to park there on Sundays,,but we didn't notice that changed the owner,,,and we got the ticket...

Wait for the NTK (letter in the post)

You will then appeal that as the" Keeper" NOT the "driver".

This first appeal to the PPC (UKPC) will get rejected but the PPC will have to give you a POPLA code.

This will give you a second chance to appeal and with the assistance of the "Legal Crew" on here .

You Win !!

Nothing to pay and no Court

the NTK must arrive on your doormat between 29 and 56 days after the date of the event, any other time and it is not compliant with the PoFA and that means no keeper liability. Once they lose the right to chase the keeper they have to prove who was driving at the time and you dont have to help them so never say who was driving in any correspondence.
