can anyone help me ??

i went guarantee for my daughter 2yrs ago for virgin mobiles

she had 2 mobiles for the same contract ?

when she became ill and went on the sick she was unable to keep up with the payments

instead of keeping the cost of the 2 mobiles together it was split and sent to 2 recovery agents both wanted £20 a month

i decided to pay one of them and my daughter the other the one

i had was SEGMA RED because i was on income support

they agreed to take £5 fortnight not one payment was missed .

except because of illness i paid 2 days late ?

i received a letter telling me no payment had been paid 2 weeks later and

they insisted i get in touch asp to look into the payment contract because they cannot find any terms

on what i was supposed to pay or how much ?

next day received another letter telling me payment had been received but i have broken my contract ?

i got in touch and told them how did i break my contract when they already admited they never had one ?

i told the girl i would pay them a extra £5 for any sick days but im not paying for any letters sent to me

and i object to paying for calls to them ?

to make sure i sent them a email saying so ?

about a week later SEGMA RED sent me a letter with the debt details etc

i also found another letter for another person with there personal details about a debt for £770 ?

i emailed SEGMA RED informing them about the letter and telling them what i thought about there slapdash company

and telling them i hope they dont charge this lady for any late payments because she never got the letter .

SEGMA RED never replied to my email

a week later experian got in touch with NEXT and told them i had trouble with my credit rating ?

my account was closed ?

even though i had been with them for over 5yrs when my credit with them started at £200 and was untill last week £8000 ?

i have no debts but NEXT refuse to do anything until i sort this problem out

even though i got the papers saying i have no debts

they said there must of been something or i would not of been flagged up ??

please help me thank you s.kan

I question why you are blindly paying any DCA's for any debts?

they are NOT BAILIFFS

and have

NO SUCH LEGAL POWERS.

as for the credit file issue.

next, as one of your 'creditors'

have a consumer Credit Licence

that allows them to access and be alerted to your credit statuts and your file.

so if they consider you a risk, they have every right to refuse further credit/accounts.

Also how did you become aware that experian had contacted Next about an issue with your credit rating?

Have you actually checked you credit file status ? (with experian etc)
