An emotive, misleading non-story IMO.

No explanation why LL was seeking eviction after 4 month?

Maybe he served precautionary s21 to expire at end of fixed term (6 Sep?), & Ts have given Notice of Intention to vacate at end of fiixe term (equally not binding, unless in SPT.

The £25.hr charge is not a required notifiable charge under AST but perhaps under sep T applicant/LA agreement.

I would suggest the applicable charge has been communicate tp T before any T respose

Highly unlikely the £25 an hour would be enforceable.
