Yeh that's very true dx, I figured they would sell anyway but stopping will speed this up and given the existing defaults 100% agree best to get the 6yr clock ticking Just pay the Next £56 one in the first month you stop paying, might as well for £56. Stuckfast, get yourself prepared to receive a forest of letters, get a separate folder for each debt, file in chronological order. -
i would stop payment to all in yellow get defaulted ASAP then deal with them. regardless to whatever, their credit file is going to be screwed for 6yrs one way or another. the op needs to ensure by being defaulted, in 6yrs their file will be clear regardless to what any do going fwd, so a life can be rebuilt.

Thank you, appreciate you taking the time to read it and respond at length. Just doesn't seem right lol.

Thanks dx, still a bit lost as to exactly what you are looking for. But I took to google, and: Carer's Allowance: Effect on other benefits - GOV.UK WWW.GOV.UK Apply for Carer's Allowance - money to help you look after someone who needs to be cared for. Apply online or use form DS700. And Savings: "How much your capital and savings are worth may affect the amount of Universal Credit (UC) you get: If you have capital and savings below £6,000, your UC will not usually be affected." More: Browse: Benefits and financial support if you're caring for someone - GOV.UK WWW.GOV.UK Help if you regularly spend time caring for someone. Includes Universal Credit. And give the Carer's Allowance Unit a call for exacting answers Best of luck -
well i would think after some almost 20yrs here and some 155'000 post if were the NME i would have been outed by now.... read our upload guide carefully please you will see we ask you to redact YOUR details and any ref number that could ID you here anyway, so even if i or we were the NME we still wouldn't know who you are. so swift tried to lift the SPO in 2017 and they lost again? and one of the recommendations was the judge ordered? or simply told them in closing to supply it? if they broke a judges written order you have scope . this £4k cheque whatever it was for wont seriously dent your present balance, nor will it ever be resolved now, they'll claim its subject to the statute of limitations now. 6yrs rule i bet your balance is made of monthly arrears fees you've been charged every month since the 1st court case and 1000's of other unlawful penalty charges like letter/arrear/late payment/debt management visits/ its raining today.... your fault.... have you every statement from day one now? so full agreement please to one mass PDF every statement to one mass PDF then we might be able to help you.
