Hi Ive got an interview under caution on friday ..

last year I lost my mum I suffered a mental breakdown.

I was under the doctor and the nhs mental health team.

My friend sorted out all my bits like housing benifit etc.

I was on sick pay

.i have no idea why I did it or even when but I managed to get a job, it did not last long I ended up in hospital.

As I am also a suffer of emphysema.

My mind just was so mixed up and all over the place.

I am still ill I got awarded pip for my problems.

They are fairly bad.

I since got a part time job which I am coping with.

But the problem I do have is housibg benifit now want to do a interview, cause they say I never told them about working.

Last year I was not on this planet let alone know what I was really suppose to be doing.

I find myself spending hours just looking at my pills and thinking just do myself in.

As for my emphysema I have told the doctor I am taking no more medication as I am allowing mother nature to do her bit. I truly dont care.

But as to this interview I dont know what to do.

Last year is a unclear mess still is.

And to date I am too interested in finishing everything and cant really concentrate on anything else.

As to my job well I work on my own so they dont know about my depression and ill health.

Please has anyone got any ideas cause I just dont know.

Get a letter from your dr and the mental health team explaining what has happened and just tell the truth of what happened as per above.

You will get an overpayment but may not be sanctioned if your health wasn't good or wasn't aware of what was happening.

who has that?

When my friend sorted out the benifits she took in the doctors sick note which stated that I was expericing mental health issues and depression he put it down as post traumatic stress. My mother died of terrible injuries which I don't want to go into but it was bad

Anyway, get full uptodate medial evidence and take it with you.

Go and see your doctor, explain the circumstances nd ask him/her if he will support you with a letter.

Tell the truth
