Hi all,

I decided to sign up to Noddle so I could have a nosey at my credit file.

I went into the 'public information' section and noticed I have been given a CCJ for the sum of £872 dated 16/12/2014.

It is registered to my old address which I haven't lived at for almost three years.

I have phoned the courts and they have said it's for Littlewoods catalogue who sold it to arrow global, they then took me to court and won.

I did have a debt with littlewoods in 2007/8 as I went onto maternity leave and was unable to make payments.

I have an old credit report which states arrow global defaulted me on 01/12/2008.

Is this grounds to have the CCJ set aside?

The default ended on 01/12/2014

and I was issued a CCJ on 16/12/2014?

Surely it was statute barred?

Any help appreciated.

Do you know the date when they issued the actual claim ? Not the date of the Judgment.

Not sure when they issued the claim, the court is posting everything out to me. If they issued it before the default became sb'd then I can't have it set aside?

No I didn't change address. I know I haven't got a leg to stand on with that as I've already read about it.

I would assume the claim date would be roughly 2/3 months before the judgment date...Oct/Nov 2014...so not Statute Barred.

But....is the default date correct...placed correctly (2/3 missed payments) at the time of the breach?

We could do with some help from you.

I have no idea unfortunately. All I have is a statutory report I ordered in 2012. Just gives you a snippet and not full record. Have attached it.
