Through their error they took money out of my credit card account and sent it to someone else's credit card. They have admitted it was their error after three months. They refuse to give me the money back! They haven't received it from the credit card company they erroneously sent it to so they won't pay me back. Do I have rights?

If there is an error with the payment all you have to do is reclaim that amount and if they have sent you a letter stating it was their error then start a formal complaint then escalate to an official complaint.

 

 

Once you have your final resolution letter make a formal complaint to the FCA/FOS then wait to see what happens
