Hi all, I hope someone can give me some helpful information please

I have a £5500 debt with MBNA which I am trying to pay off.

I have incurred over the last year or so many charges for late payments of over credit limit fees (at £12 per time) .

I read somewhere that you can possibly claim these charges back,

and so if successfully will help continue to pay the debt.

Has anyone heard or seen this happen before? And if so could anyone offer advice on how to start?

Many thanks

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
