Hi all i need some help

I received a debt collection letter from Wescot this morning for an outstanding debt for an MBNA credit card which I took out in 2005.

Granted I lost my job in January 2009 and stopped paying as I could no longer afford and

a default was placed on my account on the 16/09/2009 for £7500,

my question is what should I do?

Never received a default notice and only just received this letter this morning any help would be grateful.

Thanks Gaz

so last payment was jan 2015?

I suspect the debt has been sold on and no longer shown on your credit file as MBNA?

just remember wetcloths are not bailiffs

and have

no such legal powers

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
