The Health Assessment Advisory Service, which is delivered by

 

The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments.

 

Have from today, 2 March 2015, become responsible for work capability assessments, which help to determine eligibility for employment and support allowance.

 

 

Their Head Office Address for comments, complaints and queries about face to face assessments is;

Quarry House,

LS2 7UA.

 

For telephone contact they've taken over the Atos helpdesk/helpline number of;
