With regards to your initial CPR 18 request....

 

(3) Where the court makes an order under paragraph (1), the party against whom it is made must –

(a) file his response; and

(b) serve it on the other parties,

within the time specified by the court.

(Part 22 requires a response to be verified by a statement of truth)

No, I have received nothing since the court order from anyone

Is it just a waiting game then?

Court date is set for 20/08/2015 for hearing of my application to strike out

Am I right in thinking that if I need to attend they will writer to me again?

That's the Claimant's application isn't it? Not yours.

 

You won't get any further notice from the Court to attend as you already have a notice of hearing. Failure to attend the hearing will result in the Claimant being much more likely to get the strike out.

No there wont be any further notice.......you should attend the hearing anyway....it is advisable to see through your application.
