So we find out who's the new PM tomorrow at 11am if they're on time.
The resignations have already started I see, Alan Duncan this morning and Philip Hammond and David Gauke have said they'll resign just before Boris goes to see HRH, assuming Boris has been chosen.
Could do with some help and advice if possible please?
My car (Honda CRV 2010) packed in a few weeks ago whilst driving home (diesel runaway). Had it towed to a garage with the view of looking at getting whatever the problem was fixed. The garage have taken the engine out of the car and confirmed that the engine needs replacing, along with new the turbo chargers and injectors. Have lots of photo's showing damage to all aspects of what they have mentioned. This was down to rods in the car breaking, which then caused all of the issues mentioned. All of the parts, including engine are still out of the car. I owe the garage around £500 for this diagnosis so far. To repair, they reckon it's going to cost thousands.
I spoke to a nice lady at MB this morning, who advised that I should go down the VT route. I'm nearly at the halfway point on my finance agreement with them, so she advised that I would be looking at paying the difference, plus anything else that might come up on the inspection. I asked if the engine and other parts needed to be put back into the car, which she replied yes, that would be helpful. I'm surprised that they would accept the car in it's current condition, so please let me know if I'm being naive here.
So the advise I'm looking for is this -
Do I need i need to put all of the car parts back i their original place, or is it reasonable for them just to collect as is?
Is there anything else I need to think about\look out for?
There is no relevance to the latter bits, it is just goverment collecting any data it can for any purpose they may wish to put it to.
I get the hump when people fill out the bit on any form about ethnicity/religion/sexual orientation as I refuse to do so. My in-laws filled out a form on that and ended up in Buchenwald and the world hasnt chaged that much for the better
