I have a 30 month fixed rate loan for £1500 at a whopping 150% from end 2012, signed in desperation where it was better than the PD alternatives.

I have a signed agreement stating that it is under the CCA 2006, but have never received a statement.

Is there scope for a potential claim here?

They are not a bank but are licensed under a consumer credit licence.

Grateful for any help.

Paying c£200 a month which is crippling.

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

They should be sending statements, yes - but I don't think you are likely to get anywhere if they haven't ?

If you are struggling to make the payments, then you will need to ask for some forbearance - your credit record will be trashed anyway by your having taken a loan out with this particular company, so asking for a repayment plan is not going to make much difference.
