Just to update in case others find this thread useful, your detailed schedule from earlier in this thread is still bang on target.

DR+ letter this morning titled - NOTICE OF INTENDED COURT ACTION

I shall continue to ignore.

YES YES YES.

as said repeatedly debt collection agencies have no rights to do anything so it is all hot air. so do not be tempted to pay them becuse if you do if the debt was real you would still owe the money as they arent liceenced as deposit takers by the FCA so no legal obligation to hand over the money to the creditor. This shows what a bunch of cowboys are involved in this industry..

The reduced settlement offer came this morning, a whopping £32 reduction. Lol.

I'm looking forward to see who they now pass this onto and what my next reduced offer may be.

I have a funny feeling with my luck this year that they'll end up taking this one the full distance.

DR+ will do nothing except pass it back to the originator and send them a bill for £15. Ethical will either then give up or get a solicitor to send you a letter demanding payment. As the solicitor is acting as a debt collector they have no rights to claim either so that can also be ignored. If you get a letter headed letter before action or letter before claim under Civil Procedures Regs then you need to respond but other than that keep ignoring.

Just to add, in case this thread has helped anyone out, I have now heard nothing for 5 months and have been forwarding your details to all users of the car park whom I have seen issued tickets.

Cheers:-)
