For information, they no longer seem to belong to an ATA.

Although One Parking Ltd still have logos on the website.

They seem to think that they are members of both IPC and BPA.

It all seems very complicated

One Parking Ltd (trading as Capital2coast parking management)

13/8/2014 to 07/1/2015

Does this mean they are persona non grata with the IPC and DVLA

It means they dont want to pay money to belong to a trade association that cannot grant them the right to fleece people any way they wish. I hope that someone tells the DVLA they have left both ATA's so cant access their online database. If anyone does get a ticket from them after this date a complaint of fraud should be made rergarding access to keeper details without good reason.

I also note that Gav has abit of trouble telling his companies apart, with one that he is supposedly no longer involved with using the facilities of the other, which supposedly has no connections. Typical of many of these people, they run up debts with one company, start another and then play switcharoo with the income and assets when there is no legal authority to do so.
