I previously had a Scottish Widows credit card in which I have located some old statements with insurance added in which at the time, I would have not needed.

I also located the original pack with the insurance application still intact inside.

The account was later taken over by Lloyds TSB and when I contacted them before christmas about the above, they advised that they had no details but would pass on accordingly ?

I have today received an acknowledgement from HBOS Customer Services from a Leeds address.

Sorry for a silly question but in order to try and obtain any missing details, would anybody know what current address that I would send a SAR to for the prior years that Lloyds advised they had no record of ?

Appreciate any assistance.

Cheers

Hi,

What did HBOS say in their acknowledgement letter.

Not much really apart from that they are looking into my complaint as details passed to them by Lloyds.

The thing is I had previously received SAR details in respect of Lloyds TSB Card but I have been on bit of a wild goose chase regarding the Scottish Widows part.

Lloyds DSAR team advised a Scottish Widows address in which I think was incorrect, as I have not received any sort of reply even after another chaser. Then out of the blue I receive a letter from BOS PPI Customer Services in respect of my complaint but no mention of requested SAR details ???

I think the Edinburgh address should be ok to use, the one I found was also in Edinburgh but a PO box number.

You could have sent it to me and I would have delivered it for you :)
