You will need to sign the SAR request to HBOS, do that as soon as possible and return it to them. Did they return your cheque/postal order as well ? If not, remind them, this is not a new request, but one which ahs already been paid for.

hi,

the letter was before i got advice from cag

all it said was that i had received a copy of the cca request

and the statement of account that they sent and

i was getting it looked into because of the amount the debt was and the loan was for 2500 only, and

i asked for the notice of assignment as i didnt know lowell owned the debt,

so did i do wrong sending that letter?

it was when i got the requested cca request from them and

i didnt know what to do,

they knew i used to pay a £1 a month to hbos as they sent me the payment history which stopped in 2012.

Also about the sar

i thought i wasnt supposed to sign anything,

so do i resend the request with my signature on it?

they never sent my £10 postal order back?

so what do i do now about lowell?

i thought the cca was un-en?

nothing really

but it would have been nice to have seen that lowells were already one step ahead of the advise we were giving.

luckily for you the agreement is un-en so makes no odds.

To be honest i didnt realise the letter was relevant,

i sent it when this all started before i contacted the cag site,

i only asked for proof that they owned the debt (the notice of assigment) as i hadnt recieved one,

and when i told them i was getting a third party to look into it i didnt say who.

and they dont know that i had requested a sar,

i sent that letter on the 21/12/14 and only got a response today 10/01/15

i find that a bit strange especialy as ive had letters from lowells inbetween saying that i hadnt responded to their letters

when they requested payment from me,

i dont understand why that letter today came out the blue?

do i just ignore them still?

do i need to send a account in dispute letter yet or just do nothing and see what they send next?

also the sar to hbos do i just hand sign that and post it back to them?

lowells dont realy know anything or what advice ive been given from you,

ive followed your advice and listened to everything you have said and do apreciate your help.

ok cool, i will do that,

what do you think the next steps will be with lowells?

i know you said lots of letters from their so called in house solicitors (blokes in different colored shirts!)

but with me ignoring them and them keep sending letters how does it ever get sorted out?

for example does it have to go as far as them attempting to take me to court a

nd then we throw in the cca un-en?

just was wondering what to expect to happen.

or do you think lowells know their paper work is pants and will eventually give up?

paperwork or not

Lowell/farter/bw etc might issue a claim

and then it will be blown out or stayed.

by the paperwork issue.

its their move next

not yours

lots of scary red letters I bet

oh and the blokes wear skirts not shirts
